   Just got home from the tournament. Followed Rory and Jason through the front, then picked up Poulter and Grillo then followed Louis and Si Woo as they played the back nine. He doesnt quite have the length and power of Rory(who was definitely the longest of the bunch) but very close to Jason Day in trajectory and length. What you dont see on TV is the LONG wait between shots and the players body language and demeanor. This kid is a cyborg. His routine and approach never waivered. He played so smart. whenever the wind and pin position demanded a shot, high fade, low draw, whatever, he hit it. Then on some dried out treacherous greens, he was rock steady. Just letting you know that this win wasnt a fluke. This kid is for real and this aint gonna be the last time we here from him.

     Great observations, RG. Saw him hit that tee shot on 12 and thought “Perfect strategy and execution. This kid gets it.”

     duh, obviously. We know it ain’t a fluke. The kid can play. Unfortunately, he has to go serve in the military for a couple years at some point, so lets see what happens.

   Kim has got a lot of game. Solid ball striking and short game. He shot 69 today and was not hitting his irons well. Missed a lot of greens. If his iron game was on he would of ran away from the field.

     Take note Anthony, at least someone in the family is making it happen. You get a little thumb injury and quit the game? Man up you little girl. Your mom and I didn’t pay for all those lessons so you could be a quitter. Thank goodness we didn’t get you into hockey. Probably wouldn’t have made it out of the peewee league.
